05 — Questions

Before you ask.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. One hat, one hoodie, one gift — all real orders here. Pricing still depends on garment, stitch count, and setup, so small jobs are quoted just like big ones.

Can I ship items to you from outside San Francisco?

Yes. Customers anywhere in the U.S. mail us garments, hats, and bags, and we ship finished orders back to all 50 states.

Do you offer rush or same-day service?

Rush (usually 2–3 business days) and select same-day jobs are available depending on workload, artwork readiness, and item type. Call ahead and we'll give you a straight answer.

What file types should I send?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal, but high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If your design needs cleanup for embroidery, we review that with you before production.

What affects the price?

Garment type, logo size, stitch count, placement, quantity, and turnaround. Send your artwork and we'll return a clear, itemized quote.

Can I bring my own garments?

Absolutely — it's most of what we do. We check fabric type, structure, and placement first so your piece is safe on the machine.
